  1. Lets start by saying, I know almost nothing about antennas. What antenna do you use? What is the dBi on the stock antenna (I did not see it on the product page). I prefer omni, but I was told if you want distance, you need a directional antenna. I'm open to suggestions..
  2. EvilPortal 3.0 is here bring bug fixes and new features! The main focus of this release was to create what I am calling "Targeted Portals" which allow you to direct clients to different portals conditionally based on SSID, MAC, Hostname, or Useragent allowing for a much wider range of attacks. This version will break the portals you have created in the past so keep that in mind when updating. Also, THIS IS NOT A THREAD TO ASK FOR HELP ON WRITING HTML, PHP, OR JAVASCRIPT. THERE ARE OTHER PLACES TO LEARN TO PROGRAM OTHER THAN THIS THREAD. Features Targeted Portals Static Portals Creating/Editing/Activating/Deleting Portals White listings clients by ip address Dynamically adding and revoking authorized clients Live Preview of your portal through the module interface Targeted Portals Targeted Portals allow you to direct clients to different portals conditionally based on SSID, MAC, Hostname, or Useragent allowing for a much wider range of attacks. Creating a Targeted Portal Go to the Portal Workbench in the EvilPortal module Click the drop down menu to the left of the "Portal Name" input box and select "Targeted" Give it a name Click the create new portal button Edit Targeting Rules Click on the name of the portal you just created in list of portals Click the "Target Rule Editor" button in the top right corner of the Work Bench You should see a modal open up titled "Editing Rules for $portalname" with MAC, SSID, HOSTNAME, and USERAGENT sections These sections represent the value that you can create routing conditions for. Under each section you will see a sub-section titled "Exact" and "Regex". These let you create exact rules or rules that will match a pattern. It should also be noted that these conditions are evaluated as an 'or' not an 'and'. The order that they are evaluated in can be change but more on that later. Once you figure out the rule you want to create click the "Add Rule" button You'll see a row appear that says "Key Value", "Destination", and "Remove". Fill out the values for Key Value and Destination. The "Key Value" represents the value that you are checking. For example if the rule is for a SSID the value might be "office-wifi". The "Destination" is the file that is the landing page you are routing clients that match your rule to. If this is an office portal you might want to call it OfficePortal.php. Just remember what you called it because we will need it later. (More on creating these later) The "Remove" button removes the rule Click "Save" at the bottom Creating The Destinations Click the "New File" button in the top right of the work bench. You should see modal open up titled "Creating New FIle". For the "File Name" field type the name of the destination This must be the name you typed in for the destination field when setting up the rules. In this example it was "OfficePortal.php" In the "File Contents" field you will write the code to create your portal. It should be noted that you need to make a post request to /captiveportal/index.php with a redirect destination called "target" in it. In my opinion it is easiest to copy the contents of "default.php" and paste it here as a starting point. Click "Save" at the bottom Important Notes If a client connects and doesn't match any of the conditions you created, they will be routed to "default.php". Currently there is not an easy way to change the order the rules are evaluated in, if you want to change them you have to do it manually via ssh. ssh into your pineapple cd into where your portal is (either /root/portals/$portalname or /sd/portals/$portalname) nano $portalname.ep (replace $portalname with whatever you called your portal) Change the order of the strings in the targeted_rules->rule_order array. The items that come first are evaluated first. Basic Portals Basic Portals are the same oldschool portals that you have come to know in Evil Portal. These are the portals that are created by default and they work in exactly the same way as they used to. Known Bugs HTTPS traffic is not blocked for un-authorized clients (my iptables suck) If you find a bug please create an issue for it the projects Github Repo Change Log Version 3.1 Added ability to write and view logs on a per-portal basis Created method writeLog($message) that writes to the portal log file Created method notify($message) that sends a notification to the web ui Added ability to download files Tab button in file editor will now insert four spaces Revamped the file editor modal Showing file sizes in the portal workbench Various quality of life improvements Version 3.0 Created targeted portals which allow routing clients to different portals based on SSID, MAC, Hostname, or Useragent. Created easy to use interface for setting up targeting rules Added doc strings to all methods in module.php and functions in module.js Made it easy to get the SSID of a client in your portal Added ability to create and move portals on and to the SD card Made IP address in the Authorized and White Listed clients lists clickable Fixed redirection issues Other QOL improvements. Version 2.1 Removed un-needed verbosity Made tab key indent in the editor instead of change elements Added confirmation dialogue box when deleting a portal Created auto-start feature Various other quality of life updates Version 2.0 Captive Portal is now purely iptables (because F*** NoDogSplash) Version 1.0 Install/Remove NoDogSplash Start/Stop NoDogSplash Enable/Disable NoDogSplash Create/Edit/Delete/Active Portals Live Preview portals All panels collapse for a better mobile experience Just one more time for the people in the back; THIS IS NOT A THREAD TO ASK FOR HELP ON WRITING HTML, PHP, OR JAVASCRIPT. THERE ARE OTHER PLACES TO LEARN TO PROGRAM OTHER THAN THIS THREAD.
  3. So I did a firmware recovery since my pineapple stopped working. Everything so far went fine, solid orange LED. But now i have arrived on the ''Firmware Update'' page. I put the recovery image in here and updated. The page says it might take upto several minutes to update. But the problem is after i start the update it doesnt do anything, it just keep on the screen and nothing changes. If i power down the pineapple (did did after more than an jour of the TETRA doing nothing) and power it back on again it just goes back to the update screen. Does anyone have any tips or maybe the same issue? Im a noob so any help is greatly appreciated!
  4. Okay so I setup OpenVPN, adding the auth.txt to the config and such, set it all up and it would run on my Tetra fine but devices connect to the router did not get their IP changed. My setup is MacBook setup to share it's Ethernet connection (working) and a chrome book and ps4 bridged to the WI-FI of this Macbook. So I use Tunnelblick to load my config and execute, again successful AUTHs, VERIFYs OK, IP established. Now my Macbook hooked to Ethernet still works and going through the VPN and changing it's IP. But all other devices go offline. Is this a routing issue of making bridged traffic go through the VPN somehow? At one point messing with the protocols and configs, Tunnelblick did run sharing Wifi, connecting from the router to ethernet to ps4. Wireshark showed only communication between my router and a single VPN server. When it stopped working like that I tried to reload the configs on Tetra and I issued 'service openvpn start' and then instead of restarting and loading the config it just basically went in a cycle of all colors to blue blinking to online blue yellow to black offline again, repeat. Even after reset. I'll try a firmware update. Any help plz? thank youi
  5. I have no idea why, but after successful configuration using the USB y-cable I cannot connect to the management IP address. I can connect to the network fine, but the 172.16.42.1:1471 IP gives me a "refused to connect" error. I've done a factory reset twice and it's the same result once I remove it from the connection to my laptop. What's the point in having this thing if I can't use it without it being connected to my laptop. Makes no real sense to me. Anyone have a real fix for this? I'm about 24 hours from sending it back...
  6. Hi, When I want to execute hostapd-wpe on Wifi Pineapple I don't have problems, but when someone connects to the AP, it appears the following error: Using interface wlan1 with hwaddr 00:13:37:a7:11:80 and ssid "AcrylicWiFi-bgn" wlan1: interface state UNINITIALIZED->ENABLED wlan1: AP-ENABLED wlan1: STA 10:b1:f8:ae:c0:4b IEEE 802.11: authenticated wlan1: STA 10:b1:f8:ae:c0:4b IEEE 802.11: associated (aid 1) wlan1: CTRL-EVENT-EAP-STARTED 10:b1:f8:ae:c0:4b wlan1: CTRL-EVENT-EAP-PROPOSED-METHOD vendor=0 method=1 wlan1: CTRL-EVENT-EAP-PROPOSED-METHOD vendor=0 method=25 SSL: TLS processing failed I use default configuration. How can I fix this problem? Thx!
  7. Kismet - Pineapple Edition - With WEB-UI I just saw the video uploaded by Hak5 to youtube the other day, where they used an array of Tetra's running Kismet to scan ALL channels at all times. After that, i just had to get it working! Today i finally managed to compile the latest source-files for kismet, which also has a working web interface. I've tested it all day on my Tetra, but it should be working on the Nano as well. It might complain about the version of libmicrohttpd , so i recommend to also download the version of libmicrohttpd on my repo. (links to ipk's below) All the other libs should work (downloaded under installation), if you just remember to run opkg update before installing them. I've updated the version of Kismet (26.05.2018). So the "issue" with libmicrohttpd should be fixed, and it should now be content with the version on openwrt's repos. which it downloads under installation. Also tried adding support for libpcap and pcre, please test it out. ? Kismet Kismet-remote After installation: Run "kismet" inside a SSH terminal to the Pineapple. Kismet should launch. You should now be able to access the web-interface on TCP-port 2501. (Eg: http://172.16.42.1:2501) Another tip: run airodump-ng-oui-update on the Pineapple When completed, run: ln -s /etc/aircrack-ng/airodump-ng-oui.txt /etc/manuf This will make Kismet use Aircrack-ng's OUI database. ? Ask questions, or whine about issues here. I'll try my best to keep it up to date. Makefiles needed for the OpenWRT-SDK can be found on the repo. mentioned above, if you want to compile it yourself.
  8. Hello everyone, I've been playing around with a freshly acquired Wifi Pineapple Tetra. I upgraded, did a few factory resets and frimware reset too I there a two problems that need to be fixed. The first one apparead with the firmware upgrade from 2.4.something to the latest 2.6.2. : The live scan results don't print. We need to do a scan, stop it and load the scan file to output the results. I have seen this issue a few times on the forums but no admin/dev here made any answer or fix. WE NEED TO FIX THIS. This feature is important for the field pentesting. The second one is linked to wlan1mon. When I enable the PineAp, wlan1 goes into monitor mode and becomes wlan1mon. When PineAP gets disabled, the reverse operation is not done, making the red LED to keep blinking even though the PineAP is stopped. Any admin or dev here could take a look at this please ?
  9. Hello, I often use the PineAP Enterprise feature but this time instead of using a self-signed certificat, I would like to use a valid certificat (signed by a valid CA). There is no option to import it from the GUI. How should I import it with SSH (folder, name, format, etc..) ? Thank you
  10. I'm trying to decide between the Tetra Basic and Tactical. Is the difference simply the backpack/ shoulder bag? Also, what all is included in the box? Thanks.
  11. Tmux - Compiled for the WiFi Pineapples I'am posting this to the forums after a request from @kbeflo. He meant other people also would be interested in using this. Tmux is a "terminal multiplexer", allowing the user to switch between different programs in one terminal. I will not be providing extensive support for this. If you're curios about how it's working, try googling it. ? EDIT: 17.May-2018: Finally, working! [Download]
  12. Hi, I have spent some time trying to set up the Tetra but with no luck. I have a solid blue light on the Tetra, but I just can't access the web interface at 172.16.42.1:1471 (times out mainly in the browser). I have tried in Firefox on two different PC's, and also in Kali. The USB Ethernet adapter does show in Windows 10 - but not Kali. It was set to automatically receive an IP address, but I also tried setting the IP address to both 172.16.42.1 and also 172.16.42.42 (based on some forum posts I read). Again, no joy. When setting the IP address manually to 172.16.42.1, I can ping the device in Windows. I can't ping it when it is set to automatically receive an address. Ifconfig on Kali does not show the device at all. Not being experienced with the routers, I am now out of ideas. I have been through the forums, and can see people have similar issues, but I couldn't find a post that explains how the issue was solved. If you can help me here, I would be very grateful. To sum, I have the Tetra powered and it shows in the win10 network adapters - but no matter what I do, I can't access 172.16.42.1:1471 in a browser. As I say, I am out of ideas, but a little part of me feels that something is blocking the browser from accessing the Tetra. I have also tried turning the firewall and anti virus off, just in case. Thanks.
  13. Hello, so after finally getting it up and going just got Tetra - few questions: 1. Does anyone use USB memory stick on back of Tetra? If so, how big should I get, and format it for Linux, plug and play? 2. Do people generally leave the units plugged in even if not home for long time (8 hours?) - I just did not want to power off and on unnecessarily if possible? Also only way of powering it off seems to unplug power? 3. How many modules do people generally download and use? I read somewhere in forums to not use internal memory to much on Tetra? I assume that is where the memory sticks come in? 4. Any suggestions aside from YouTube videos and forums on how I can learn more hands on with WiFi pineapple? I see there are books to buy which is cool, just wanted feedback from more senior members. 5. For home use - any suggestions on placement of WiFi Pineapple? For best reception, I live small studio apartment, alone, but thinking closer to window better? Or will it make much difference if I place it down by floor? 6. The USB cord - I have long one I have - anyone suggest using that and the power supply came with Tetra? I also have Cisco switch with my Pineapple plugged directly into it for hardwired connection? Any thoughts on that? Thanks in advance - lots of questions, been in IT a long time doing variety of roles, so this is perfect for pen-testing just trying to figure out best way to get started. THanks
  14. Hi, I just received my tetra and i have some questions. Please help me! Configured/Setup it via WiFI. (because no way to access it with USB (nothing show up at pc, and with LAN no IP assignment) After throygh WIFi setup, I connected it with LAN with my modem/router, got IP 192.168.1.105. Issues: DWall, i click enable, start listening, pineapple gif appears animating, "DWall is currently running" but nothing appears. (my cellphone is connected as client "Free_Wifi" and i visit "pelop.gr" ) I have "Free_Wifi" for targets, the same time when i broadcast "SSID pool" (e.g. Matrix) the "Free_Wifi" disappears and appears "Matrix" and after a while "Matrix" disappears and "Free_Wifi" appears and goes on. Is this suppose to happen? If i have more than one SSID at pool it broadcasts only one SSID at the time. Then the 2nd and not the 1st, then 3rd and none of the 1st and 2nd. It swaps them (this is what i see at my cellphone device). And if one of them bradcasting the "Free_Wifi" is not there. Is this suppose to happen? Sometimes it doesnt broadcast the SSIDs which are at the pool! I have placed a couple and as I see at my wifi no Pool SSIDs are broadcasting, nothing!!! After a reboot, broadcasts for some mintutes and then nothing. When one of the cases (2), (3), (4) happen the " Management SSID" disappears. At PineAP Logged Probes I get " There are no logged probes for this MAC Address. " at the 99% of the cases! At PineAP if i get a result (the 1% case) it shows ONLY one, the SSID which the "target" is currently connected. My target devices have at least 5! When I use "Deauth Clients" (Deauth Multiplier 10) even in 10 the Death is not working, i tried on me and my brother's tablet and doesnt disconnect from my home's wifi. Even if i click "Deauth" button several times. I hope i get the answers, i know maybe to someone these may sound stupid questions but i tried on line, i hope someone spends sometime on this topic, i was 10 hrs trying to figure out these things, with videos and sites and i didnt find any solutions. ** These options "ticked": Allow Associations , PineAP Daemon: Enable, Beacon Response, Broadcast SSID Pool THANK U in advance!!!
  15. Hi! After upgrading my Tetra to firmware 2.6.1, DWall and urlsnarf don't work anymore. I can start both modules, but it seems they don't collect any data. Does anyone else have the same problem? And how can I downgrade to 2.5.x again (last stable version on my pineapples....) Thanks!
  16. I have recently bought the pineapplw wifi tetra one, I'm trying to understand if somebody could list all the offensive use cases we can do with it ? thanks
  17. I recently bought a WiFi Pineapple Tetra and started playing with it. I'm having a few issues that I need a bit of guidance in. I set it up. It scans, it's also connected to my LAN via ethernet. It receives the news bulletins and I can ssh into it so I know it's connected. I can update patches and it pulls data from wifi scans, load modules and dependencies. However... The reporting log shows multiple repeats of these two errors: 2019-09-10-19:00: Failed to save to SD card - no SD card found 2019-09-10-19:19: Failed to send email to email@address.com (this isn't the real address) The second error is result of my trying to send a test email to my mail server on same subnet as eth interface. Default route set and DNS reloaded. 1. Keeps claiming it can't write to SD card. Is there an SD card? There's no access to it in the web interface and it's not mounted in /mnt and there doesn't appear to be a dev/sd* device either. FAQs don't show an SD card installed or even optional so I'm a bit confused. 2. May be related to 1 but I can't generate any reports. There are no reports in /root which it claims is the default directory it writes to. 3. Can't email reports. When I configure test, it doesn't seem to work. Can't find log of email in syslog or mail.log and can't find the MTA logs on Tetra. Also neither my firewall or MTA can see the email being received or rejected in their logs. Which interface does it use for mail output? Default route? I have the default route setup on my internal network via ethernet. I can get updates and news from Hak5 on Dashboard and I can SSH into the box so I know I'm connected. Am I just generating reports wrong and that prevents the email from being sent, even with test, or is it trying to write to SD card, or something else? I've tried the email server config with mailserver name and IP using ports 25 and 587. Any push in the right direction would be appreciated. Thanks!

  19. Hi have the nano and the tetra mk 5.8. I was wondering if I could use them as simple wireless adapters? Is there a way to just plug them into my computers (mac, windows and a linuxmint) and arrange them to work the way my alfa adapter pretty much works when plugged in (to linux machine). I often am carrying around the nano and was wondering if it would boost the wifi signal range of my galaxy s10 as well. thanks
  20. I’d like to install modules to a USB flash drive and am using the Tetra, v1.1.2, how do I get the Modules -> Manage Modules page to show up with an ‘Install to USB Storage’ button? If that’s not supported in the GUI then how can I attached USB storage and use it for modules beyond just for the swap space? I noticed a bug report asking for the removal of the install to internal storage button altogether but since there is a USB port which can be used with a flash drive or USB w/microSD card on the Tetra, the functionality should be supported just the same as it is on the Nano. bug ref: https://www.wifipineapple.com/bugs/438 In my case I’m plugging a USB flash drive directly into the USB port on the back. So far I’ve tried two different flash drives, a 32GB Samsung USB 3.0 MUF-32BB/AM and a 4GB USB 2.0 Generic. Configured an ext4 partition for the usb folder and a linux-swap partition. They show up fine, no problems or errors formatting or mounting. However there’s still no option showing up in the GUI to install to USB storage. I’ve crawled through the forums and tried various suggestions with no luck so appreciate any guidance, what am I missing and is there a workaround? —— ADVANCED / GUI menu Firmware Upgrade (Current version: 1.1.2) USB Bus 001 Device 002: ID 058f:6387 Alcor Micro Corp. 21. Up until yesterday, I was able to attach the micro-USB cable to ETH1 on the Tetra and would be presented with a USB-Ethernet port on my computer. Today, this no longer happens. I have: confirmed that the cable is not the issue as when I move to the UART port, it is presented to my computer with no issue SSH'd in via WiFi and bounced ETH1 up/down several times from the command line (ifconfig eth1 up / down) performed a factory reset of the Tetra, but the problem still persists NOT performed a firmware reset as ETH1 is needed to recover from that, so my fear is that if the ETH1 port is dead, I will not be able to complete a firmware recovery I am running a Linux Ubuntu 18.04 VM on a Macbook Pro using VMware Fusion. (As mentioned before, the UART does present to the Macbook host and the Ubuntu VM when connected) Here is the networking info from the web interface: br-lan Link encap:Ethernet HWaddr 00:13:37:A7:34:BB inet addr:172.16.42.1 Bcast:172.16.42.255 Mask:255.255.255.0 UP BROADCAST RUNNING MULTICAST MTU:1500 Metric:1 RX packets:39338 errors:0 dropped:234 overruns:0 frame:0 TX packets:61354 errors:0 dropped:0 overruns:0 carrier:0 collisions:0 txqueuelen:0 RX bytes:9940063 (9.4 MiB) TX bytes:32841110 (31.3 MiB) eth0 Link encap:Ethernet HWaddr 00:13:37:A7:34:BD UP BROADCAST MULTICAST MTU:1500 Metric:1 RX packets:0 errors:0 dropped:0 overruns:0 frame:0 TX packets:0 errors:0 dropped:0 overruns:0 carrier:0 collisions:0 txqueuelen:1000 RX bytes:0 (0.0 B) TX bytes:0 (0.0 B) Interrupt:5 eth1 Link encap:Ethernet HWaddr 00:13:37:A7:34:BB UP BROADCAST RUNNING MULTICAST MTU:1500 Metric:1 RX packets:0 errors:0 dropped:0 overruns:0 frame:0 TX packets:862 errors:0 dropped:0 overruns:0 carrier:0 collisions:0 txqueuelen:1000 RX bytes:0 (0.0 B) TX bytes:224358 (219.0 KiB) Interrupt:4 lo Link encap:Local Loopback inet addr:127.0.0.1 Mask:255.0.0.0 UP LOOPBACK RUNNING MTU:65536 Metric:1 RX packets:651 errors:0 dropped:0 overruns:0 frame:0 TX packets:651 errors:0 dropped:0 overruns:0 carrier:0 collisions:0 txqueuelen:0 RX bytes:61665 (60.2 KiB) TX bytes:61665 (60.2 KiB) wlan0 Link encap:Ethernet HWaddr 00:13:37:A7:34:BB UP BROADCAST RUNNING MULTICAST MTU:1500 Metric:1 RX packets:0 errors:0 dropped:0 overruns:0 frame:0 TX packets:576 errors:0 dropped:0 overruns:0 carrier:0 collisions:0 txqueuelen:1000 RX bytes:0 (0.0 B) TX bytes:191856 (187.3 KiB) wlan0-1 Link encap:Ethernet HWaddr 02:13:37:A7:34:BB UP BROADCAST RUNNING MULTICAST MTU:1500 Metric:1 RX packets:38797 errors:0 dropped:0 overruns:0 frame:0 TX packets:61455 errors:0 dropped:0 overruns:0 carrier:0 collisions:0 txqueuelen:1000 RX bytes:10396517 (9.9 MiB) TX bytes:34575925 (32.9 MiB) wlan1 Link encap:Ethernet HWaddr 00:13:37:A7:34:BC inet addr:10.20.20.152 Bcast:10.20.20.255 Mask:255.255.255.0 UP BROADCAST RUNNING MULTICAST MTU:1500 Metric:1 RX packets:69911 errors:0 dropped:594 overruns:0 frame:0 TX packets:34144 errors:0 dropped:0 overruns:0 carrier:0 collisions:0 txqueuelen:1000 RX bytes:34275165 (32.6 MiB) TX bytes:9419920 (8.9 MiB) Please advise with additional troubleshooting steps. 22. Every time I watch tutorials about the Wifi Pineapple, I see that the hosts are able to get more information about clients by selecting them in the recon menu by MAC address. But when I hover over the clients in either of my Wifi Pineapples (both Nano and Tetra) the 'No' symbol appears (circle with the diagonal line through it) and does not allow me to select the item. Is this a common issue and is there a fix for this I have factory reset both devices twice already and I am still getting this issue. For further clarification this is the information that is in the help menu for the Wifi Pineapple: Clicking the menu button next to an MAC address shows a menu providing buttons to add or remove the MAC from the PineAP Filter or PineAP Tracking feature. Opening this menu will automatically look up the MAC address in the OUI database if it has been downloaded. In order to download the OUI database, either the WiFi Pineapple or the web browser itself must have internet access. Deauth uses the multiplier to send multiple deauthentication frames to the target Client. A multiplier of 2 is twice as many deauthentication frames as a multiplier of 1. The menu button is disabled when a scan is active (ie. not stopped or paused). Clicking the menu button next to an SSID shows a menu providing buttons to add or remove the SSID from the PineAP Pool or PineAP Filter. Deauth Clients will send deauthentication frames to all associated clients currently recognized by Recon using the multiplier. A multiplier of 2 is twice as many deauthentication frames as a multiplier of 1. etc............... Further information that may or may not be relevant: OS: Windows 10 Version 1803 OS Build 17134.706 and Kali Linux v3.30.2 Browser: Google Chrome Version 74.0.3729.108 (Official Build) (64-bit) and Firefox
  23. Anybody have a guesstimate as to when the Pineapple WiFi will be restocked?
  24. I had successfully managed to connect to my router via ethernet cable and access the portal. I could even download modules and see the bulletin, and clients could connect and browse the internet. Then I had to move my gear and set it back up. When I did so, I had to put my WiFi to share with the ethernet for the router as I did not need to share the connection anymore previously. Now with sharing on, I cannot connect via the IP. there is also no choice to join via management WPA2 as the router was reset, however the default open AP shows. The router successfully boots up every time it is unplugged. Blue and orange lights show with both occasionally flickering. Access via SSH is not possible as I cannot reach its option through the interface. The router is connected as followed: 1. An ethernet CAT5E cable - Laptop > Router. 2. USB 3.0 HUB is connected to the Laptop. 3. The Y end of the USB Y cable has both of its USB heads inserted into the USB 3.0 HUB connected to the laptop. 4. Micro USB end of the Y cable is connected to ETH1 micro USB port on the back of the Router. 5. The US wall plug is connected to the wall via extension lead and adapter for the UK. 6. The other end of the power cable is plugged into the back of the router and turned on. 7. All drivers on the laptop are up to date. All 4 antennae are connected.
