  1. Hello! I just received my Mark V yesterday and I'm excited to begin my journey. I pushed the button to check battery life and had just one out of four lights. So, I plugged in the DC5V adapter and plugged the other end into a USB/outlet charger. When I woke up this morning, it was still charging - it has 2 solid lights and is working on the third, which is still flashing. Is this normal? How long should it take to charge the Pineapple Juice 15000? I did search for this answer before posting - sorry if it's out there and I couldn't find it. -F
  2. Hello there, I purchased a pineapple juice 6800 from the Hak5 shop. I live in Ireland so i had to buy an adapter for it and I just got the adapter yesterday. I plugged in the charger at 6pm yesterday and a red light on the charger and the battery turned on. I have left it charging for 18 hours straight now and there is still only 1 green LED on when i turn the battery pack on. How long does it usually take to charge the battery? is it a faulty one? I'm not sure, maybe it is something to do with the adapter but I would appreciate any help in this matter. Thanks in advance Regards Eoin
  3. hi really silly question reference the battery. I have an 18000 i just plug in and it works i then plug it in to charge and it charges. the battery that i got with the pineapple needs to be turned on but when i charge the light on the battery goes red and the light on the power pack is red. If i turn the battery to the on mode my power pack shows a green light i dont know if its meant to be green or if im shorting it? if i just plug it in it seems to not charge... is the battery meant to be on while on charge? thanks The Raver
  4. Hey guys, I'm hoping someone can help me with this. I already have the pineapple mark II (Model #: MR3201A-38NQ) with the rechargeable battery pack (the 4 AA batteries). When I noticed there was a new 'Pineapple Juice' battery pack (i3200) that I could recharge with usb I got excited and purchased it. MUCH to my disappointment the power plug (6in usb to power cable) is not the same size and is too small for the Mark II. Not only that, After looking at the specs, the new battery adapter is 1A as opposed to the Mark II requires 2A (i've included a picture attached, ignore the velcro) My question to everyone before I go through the trouble of returning the thing, is has anyone had any luck make-shifting something together or using an adapter to use the new battery pack with an old pineapple??? Also, would the Amp difference be an issue? Any help would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks, Randy
  5. Hi all, I recently got a pineapple juice battery pack from the hakshop. The model number on the back is i13200. It seems that the pineapple juice battery pack automatically shuts off if there isn't a large enough load placed on it. If I just plug in the wifi pineapple and turn the battery on, the pineapple starts to boot, but the battery turns off after about 20 seconds or so. If, however, I plug something else into the pineapple juice battery along with the wifi pineapple, then the pineapple juice battery will stay on and continue to power the wifi pineapple. Is this normal behavior? I imagine that it is the design of the pineapple juice battery so it doesn't continue to try to charge a cellphone or tablet once the device is already charged. Has anyone else run into this issue with the pineapple juice battery?
  6. Hello. I'm trying to determine if my pineapple juiced has been "juiced", that is, broken. when I plug it into an a/c outlet using the provided adapters and connectors, I see one led light constantly blinking and after a couple of hours, that single light flashes and no other ones illuminate. Also, the USB/AC adapter tends to get warm -- not hot -- but warm. I've known in the past that with switched polarities you can see these kind of anomalies. any help much appreciated. Particularly interested to know others who have used the pineapple juice and their experience with charging it up via an a/c outlet and what kind of illumination they get. Thanks.
