Unfortunately most proxy sites are blocked, as well as anonymity sites. Some work for a while, then get blocked. Essentially it's rather inconsistent. Software proxies seem to work though, such as 'Steganos Internet Anonym' - but unfortunatley will slow your speed down a noticeble degree. http://www.proxyweb.net/ Is one of the few that is occasionally blocked.
