Put the hhd in a freezer safe ziplock bag and remove the air from it, then place it in the freezer for an hour. Take it out and immediately hook it up to a external reader and copy data. You will only have a few mins but its easier than Coopers method, however his would work WAY better.

Allow me to put on my I research before I post hat. WikiAlso read at the bottom about hardware recognising it. The drive is emulated by windows, not the bios... bios wont recognise it(the cd partition).. wont work, already tried. If you can get it to boot an ISO from the EMULATE CD partition then you are a better man, but i have tried multiple ways and have not succeeded. If you search the Hack"skiddie"sawBlade section you will see i posted all of this months ago. Read my guide to using Universal Customizer in Vista, also putting the XP iso on the cd partition of the U3 drive will not allow it to boot. The CD partition is not real and only recognized as so in windows. You can however put install it to the flash part and it will work.

I mean the switchblade crap is a bit played out. Most people using it are using out dated payloads that virii protection picks up and shuts down. Its a skiddie tool that wont help you learn anything. What the best course of action would be is to learn to build you own and use that. Aside from the language barrier the information presented isnt very, well, informative. The instruction are very clear.

Seems like there may be a language barrier or an inability to type in complete sentences. So Im going to suggest you clear some things up. 1. Did you burn the iso to a CD or did you put it on the U3 partition of the thumb drive 2. What are you trying to do? Switchblade stuff doesnt belong here, as a mod to move this to the proper section. 3. Tell us exactly the problem, windows errors happen all the time. Click debug and copy paste the out put.

Why dual boot when that card is probably supported? Read the dev webpages and see what they say. If it is just grab a copy of BT from the site and burn it to a cd. Its a live cd, NO INSTALL. If you are however unfamiliar with linux i suggest you read threw the forums for more of vectors post. I have seen tools posted by him that either come almost to par with linux alternatives or beyond.

That made no sense. Run linux inside "cygwin", no. Grab a copy of backtrack and put it on a CD, boot from backtrack. There will be no modification made to the host OS(unless you do so). Also Vector has posted some great windows tools for all of this. Might want to review some past post and look for those.
