Beta products have bugs, stop thinking that no bugs exist. Don't want bugs go use a stable product.

Just put it up, because you might not be guaranteed to have to featured in the next episode.

I'd love to see a few more people playing Core WarCore War (or Core Wars) is a programming game in which two or more battle programs (called warriors) compete for the control of the MARS virtual computer (Memory Array Redcode Simulator). These battle programs are written in an abstract assembly language called Redcode. The object of the game is to cause all processes of the opposing program(s) to terminate, leaving your program in sole possession of the machine.

You’re not really doing anything useful with but it’s a fun thing for programmers to compete in.
I've just been reading the Wikipedia page at work, and it looks quite interesting from a competitive side, and programming side. Maybe we could add this to the list of things to try out at the EU meetup.

Why can't children do anything useful with their time these days. :-(

PoyBoy's signature is talking about "1337-speak" and grammar, yet the "Don't" in the animation is missing an apostrophe. I just thought I'd like to point the irony out. :)

boristsr has the right idea. It will execute code inside the runtime environment, if the application crashes the runtime environment, only the environment will crash, not the system. It will be solely based upon modules that developers write, and contribute, so anything the modules allow, Metascript will be able to do. For example there will be a console module, that allows input, and output from the console, a file module, allowing file input and output.

Some people are interest in my progress with my Metascript project. Below is a link to some screenshot of it's current progress. Today I made it compile on Windows, OSX10 (Intel/PPC), and Linux systems.

Everyone who knows Raktor on IRC should know that he used to be called BigBro69. Everyone always says "your old name is better". This is a petition to get him to change his name back.

The problem with todays "geek generation" is that they all expect beta products to function like release candidate products.

Ok, hide your files 101
1.move all of your files to a single folder.
B.highlight the folder.
3.hold down the shift key.
D.push the delete key.
5.push yes to the dialog that pops up.
Congrats, your sensitive files are now pretty darn secure.
Until someone with half a brain recovers them.

Congrats. Although I would've gotten that job if I were in the UK now :D
Actually you wouldn't.
1) You need to be studying a computing degree
2) Studying at that University ;)
