  1. Nope. I did exactly what you said, and still getting nothing. Autorun is not working when the drive is inserted in the computer, and when go.bat is executed manually through cmd, all the programs run through quickly, about 2-3 seconds, and still no log is left. UPDATE! I installed all the files to the CD Partition, and although that did not work, I copied the whole dir to the removable section, and lo and behold, after manually running go.bat, it worked! A log was created! Now that I can get a log, how do I go about making it so these cannot be deleted by an AV? WITHOUT USING CSRSS? That does not work.
  2. Maybe try running the file individually from the cmd prompt. Are all the files in the CD Partition, or in the writable section? Try running it on another computer.
  3. What versions of the payload, SB Config, and Universal Customizer should I use? Should I install the Launchpad first, and then use the Customizer?
  4. Nope still getting nothing. I've played around with the settings for SB Config, and nothing works. I can't get U3 or the payload to start on insertion of the drive. I tried manually running go.cmd, and all the files ran by quickly, leaving no log. I think it is trying to write the files to the CD section of the drive, and not the logs folder in the writable section.

So...I've been doing a little work here, to see if I can get any different results. :???: Now, when I use GonZor's Payload, and manually run "go.bat" (because it won't run unless I do; Amish technique), then the script runs, but VERY quickly. I end up with no log. Now I'm trying to rig up something that could possibly work, since the suggestion of a (dir) list of files in someone else's Switchblade may be out. That would help though. If I place GonZor's Payload on the Removable Partition, then I still have to use the Amish technique, and the progs are susceptible to AV deletion, which happened before, but GonZor's Payload gave me a successful log.   6. Yep. All the files are set up in the correct structure. Hidden files are shown, and logs are in the system folder. My PC: Windows XP MCE 2005 Um...define payload. As in Universal Customizer? Then in that case, 1.0.0.8 SBConfig: 2.0.0.18 Test PC: Windows XP Home Autorun enabled In the start of this thread, I know there is a post showing all the files that are needed for this to run. Now I'm sure that post is outdated, as new files may have been made, but I noticed a "Start.bat" file in that list that needs to be in the original version of that payload. Should I have that?
  7. Ok. I've been trying to get this to work for about a week or two now, and progress is null. I'm not a complete newb at using the payloads, just installing them. Now, I get all the files extracted, and replace the u3custom ISO in the bin folder from GonZor's package, then run the customizer. It formats the drive with the files on the CD partition and I eject the drive and replace it, then I move the SBConfig file to the Flash part, and run it. It works. Now my issue is, when the Switchblade is used on another computer, it doesn't run. It still works through the Amish technique, and I end up with a successful log, but is there some extra file that was left out of a zip file, or something?
