You're right, we need to update the FAQ to state that we found out the 4GB flashdrives aren't as satisfactory as we had first tested. However, with that said, if you feel that your money was wasted we do offer returns within 60 days for a refund, no problems.

Not often I make a new topic, but I'm trying to get the word out as much as possible about my grandpa, Papa JD. Luckily the doctors think he's incredibly strong and has great willpower even at his older age, so they believe he can get a lung transplant very soon, but the medical costs are crazy high and they're stretching my grandparent's wallets. Boo medicare running out. Anyways, a little goes a long ways. They'll need close to $100,000 for the transplant at least, and have received around $4000 in donations so far. I'm hoping I can get it up to $10,000 just from getting the word out. If you can't help, or money is tough right now, do me a favor and pass the link along in your own networks. Usually orders being sent via USPS take around 2 weeks to arrive in Canada, depending on where you live. USPS CAN take as much as 31 business days though. http://hakshop.myshopify.com/pages/shipping-info UPS is a lot faster, and clears customs faster in a lot of cases. You just have to make sure you have a valid phone number on the order so they can call in case they have trouble finding you.

I joined the show when we joined Rev3, back in '08. I had no clue what I was doing (i.e. my first few segments omg), but for the past five years I've learned so much from researching my own segments and watching others. We have a cool thing going here (not just Darren, Paul, and I- but the whole community!), and I'm happy to be a part of it.

Unfortunately it won't be changed until we have the room in our stock to reorder the booklets. I've added the comment to the Wifi Booklet page and the Item Q&A on Hakshop.com.

Lucky us, you found a beach rental that we stayed at once. That was pretty funny when people sent us the address.

Glad you were able to purchase through the shop! This was the only issue I've heard of recently with cards not working on the site, so I'm happy to hear that you were able to find the fix. We also recently added some much needed fraud detection, so any weird problems that I see happening on the purchasing end like several attemps to make a purchase will result in cancellation of an order. Unfortunately Paypal doesn't like us and won't allow us to use their service on the site- so our only option is credit cards. We do have a paypal account, but use if sparingly because Paypal is useless in chargebacks and fraud detection. We're currently working with UPS to lower pricing as well, but won't have a confirmation on whether we can do that or not for a long while. I keep arguing to lower rates though! Thanks for the heads up!

Well just so ya know, if you need a pineapple, we're all stocked up and shipping! :) And we have a great return policy of 60 days for exchanges and returns, and even though we only have 2 people working hakshop.com, I try to answer all emails within 24 hours (unless it's the weekend, lol)! The holidays are coming up soon too... so keep your eye on the store for specials and promos ;)
