I'm using just about all os's between my job and school and i use vmware a lot but the os's run kinda sluggish because of the default drivers that it uses not saying that there crap but they make my system slow... so i was thinking that i would use partitions on the drive insted but then they sys resources are not pooled anymore. is there a better way to use vmware? cisco test

knowing the different wires for each device got me until i started to use them often such as switchover cross over...
  13. there are master computers "super computers that are nothing more then dns servers that hold all the information that you are talking about once u get that domain name it is yours for as long as you pay for it because the dns leases that test.com to the ip address that the site is on. so the best way for you to start out is by trying a free one out it there cool to start of with the problem with that is when you get the name of the site it will look something like geocitys/site1/test.com
  14. there are many options we need a little more information from you such as budget and if u have a computer that u can use to host the site on. also what is the site going to host? you have too keep in mind that if u host something like that people want for the general public that u may need a faster connection.
  15. you can also do the cheaper way and get a Linux box and put apache on it. then all you need is a domain name. and that can cose just a couple of dollars a month. Webmin is a program that makes it a lot easer to set up the process also.
