Hello I got the mk7 for Christmas i tried to set up the mk7 using the mobile guide and i held the button for the required 4 seconds and every time it has just had the light turn off then turn back on i wait a while and it never pops back up into the networks for me to connect to ive made sure to hold it for 4 seonds not anylong ive even timed my self to make sure and yet nothing happens if anyone has and idea of what i should do for the mobile it would be greatly appreciated

Ive tried this on both and mine still wont ive tried it on mobile and it never shows in my networks again after holding the button ive legit waited 20-30 minutes and nothing happens
