Support requests are not responded to at all and there is no telephone number or hotline. For me, this raises the question of whether this is a serious company or whether I am being kidnapped. After all, I bought something for $300. At least I can expect that or can't you find it?

Why has my order still not been shipped after more than 10 days ? My bill says: DHL/FedEx 2-5 business days". I know that everything is a little complicated at the moment due to the pandemic, but the you can at least respond to my support mails. That's dubious and more then unfriendly. I hope that this way I can reach someone who can tell me something about the order.
