Microraptor

Basically I'm just curious if there's any way to plug my Android phone into my (win 7) laptop and basically use my laptop as a replacement for the actual USB rubber ducky. Sorry if this is a noob question, I was brought here by the brute force PIN cracking script I found for Android since I'm locked out of my phone.
