in vain i did not get any help

i know that outside egypt is free but my country is a big fucker and unlock it for 1000 egyptian pound although i proved that is my phone because we don't have an official apple store in Egypt

they want to take 1000 pound to unlock it although it is my phone and i have the box and the receipt

i can't jailbreak it because it struck to verificatoin mode and jailbreak cannot do any thing.. i need great solution pls...

i made software to my iphone and forget my icloud mail and password and i need a help to bypass it and open the phone pls help....
