Payload won't complete after Twin Duck upgrade

Would you mind sharing how you flashed the TwinDuck firmware? Everything that I try, from c_duck_v2.1.hex over m_duck_v2.hex doesn't work. In fact the only firmwares working are the original and the usb.hex. Is there any updated version of the Firmwares? Cause I couldn't find anything newer than 2015
