Hi, I recently ordered a field kit from Hak5 in Canada and i have been given a $96.08 CAD bill on top of my purchase. According to the Canada post, the shipper (i.e. Hak5) has created special type of parcel request, i.e. a COD Parcel, which instructs the delivery service (i.e Canada Post) to collect X amount (i.i. 96.08) from the receiver , at the time of delivery, which then Canada Post will be sending back to Hak5 . This fee is not customs fee and/ or VAT. Canada post calls this fee, COD - Collect on Delivery. Hi Everyone, Just a general inquiry. Does anyone know how long it usually takes to receive Hak5 tools in Canada. I ordered Hak5 field kit (i.e. tetra basic and no battery pack) on their black friday sale. I know it has only being 4 days and there was also a weekend in between and Hak5 says that it will take between 4-11 days for delivery. So i am not complaining, I am just wondering if anyone has ordered tools in Canada and how much time it took customs to clear the merchandise. FYI, it currently shows that my order has been shipped with DHL. Any suggestions would be nice. Psyched to get my hands on these awesome tools :) Thanks in advance.
