I want to burn the iSO file to a USB drive for making a bootable disk ,before doing it , i want to edit the iSO file (Rename ), Can i do that ?

I just came from WinISO website , i still failed to edit the ISO file , because the computer can't detect the files I've edited (I have been very careful to do what it says) . I need the help of all experienced people .
