Is there away to check if my iPhone has some spy am ware on it?

Hi im concerned my iPhone has some kind of spyware on it. how can I check it hasn’t? I don’t think it’s been jail broke. However my Apple ID keeps playing up and not sure if that was hacked at some point. cheers novis

iPhone 7 recovery after it’s been wiped

Hi we have an iPhone 7 that has been wiped. We don’t think it’s had a full factor reset as the passcode screen option is still there when you turn it on. We have this password. However after we log into that it says bonjour/ hello etc (i.e setting up a new phone procedure) is there any way to recover what was on there? Note: we don’t have the Apple ID for this phone. thank you novis
