The problem is that when you play a video that uses flash via a website (youtube / revision 3 / etc), the screen can lose focus when for example you click another window. Would it not be nice to keep it fullscreen so you can continue watching on your second monitor? Here is a small hack that I found and confirmed works quite nicely. :) The patch is to windows->system32->macromed->flash->NPSWF32.dll version 10.0.22.87 See the video for more detail. Source:
