  6. IoT Lightbulb

It connects through the WiFi in your house and has a companion app with it... I was thinking of jumping between the lightbulb and router to see if I could see anything then.
  7. IoT Lightbulb

Well, I was hoping that the bulb would connect to the nano and the nano can do a live read of the bulb. The bulb doesn't have a hub like a hue so I wasn't sure. I'm basically just wanting to do a read. Seeing if I can extract data such as when was it last turned on and off...
  8. IoT Lightbulb

Hello, After some help... I am trying to connect my WiFi nano to a cheap IoT lightbulb I have bought from eBay. I would like to read the data which is on the bulb using my Pineapple Nano. Which modules would be the best to download? And what other advice would you give me? Thanks!
  9. Hi, I am going to use the WiFi pineapple Nano for my dissertation at Uni. Have any of you used the Nano to try and extract data from an IoT item such as a Lightbulb? If so was it successful? And if not what do you think of this idea? Thanks :-)

Hi Everyone, Not sure if you can help me... I'm after some help regarding my end of year IT project. Do you know if the Hak5 guys produce any academic papers regarding the work they do as I would like to reference them. I am basing my project around the wifi Pineapple so if you know of anywhere where I can get the information from that you be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
