  1. Have been enjoying my copy for the last couple of weeks.
  2. Remain patient. I had a similar issue and they have replaced my bunny. Be detailed in your message to support. Remember it's a small outfit and it takes time to respond to everyone. And DefCon just happened. So they are a bit swamped.

    Lan Turtle 3g?

Indeed. But even some of the cheapest mifi type devices are in the 80-100$ range

    Lan Turtle 3g?

I'd venture that this isn't a bolt on add on, rather a custom PCB with the added sim module. While the original LAN turtle may have been a more generic board. This one probably cost more for customization and in house development and design.

    Lan Turtle 3g?

Can't think of why either. I'm sure we will know more on release however.

    Lan Turtle 3g?

Be interesting to know what radio? And what bands are available.
  7. there is no time like the present to get your feet wet. In the event something better comes out after you get a nano, you will be already more prepared for it based on your experience with the nano

    Lan Turtle 3g?

very promising indeed. excited for the announcements sure to come
  9. Since my issues were resolved with a factory reset i'm pretty sure that is not the case.
  10. hiya, yea, If you see my post above I completed a factory reset and SD card format, and everything is working fine. Which is why I was confused what type of hardware issues @kerravon was talking about in his post.
  11. I see. I'm not convinced there are any faulty hardware components yet with my device. How do you diagnose this issue?
  12. Sorry, what is it you are offering?
  13. i too began experiencing this exactly described issue. around the same time i checked the logs and found a slew of SD card error issues. not entirely sure if that was the root cause. but i'd suggest giving your pineapple a fresh start with a factory reset / format SD. Post the logs/ debug download if you find anything weird or unusual. Since my reset i've not had to perform that crazy tether / reset to get connected at each boot.
  14. I don't have a link for you, but i'm quite sure you should be able to add your own drivers. However, after checking your link it looks the the only driver mentioned for linux is from 2015 and only supports an outdated kernel. YMMV
  15. can you provide any debug output or dmsg? check the logging page
  16. Too Cool! Are these CSS mods still compatible with the newest firmware? 1.1.3?
  17. so what's the damage if you perhaps did unpack, and unpack and leave .gz on root as well? :(
  18. Unfortunately, I've found myself in a similar frustrating situation. However, it seems your bunny recovers OK so that's a bit better than me at the moment :( Here is what happened: received new bunny booted into firmware ver 1.0 check! everything works downloaded 1.3 firmware from wiki page noticed it was in .gz format assumed it needed unpacked fired up Fedora VM unpacked .gz sleepy moment (i put both the .gz and the unpacked file in root) smh safely removed drive unplugged / plugged back in red flashing light one green light and nothing.... forever nothing in device manager unplug replug 2x more with same results (device gets Very warm) bummer! my overthinking stupidity has put me in a pickle Here is what i've tried: This all went down on USB 3.0 (must be the problem) Same results on USB 2.0 recovery process does appear to begin after third unplug/replug red blinking light forever blue red blue purple red blue purpe red blue purple one green red blinking for about 15 seconds one green one super faint flickering blue light, then nothing. and the loop resets (made a couple video's if interested) 2x more unplug/replug and the recovery starts over used the powershell command to find out the com port since win10 device manager (with show hidden devices checked) still doesn't show com ports menu COM3 used putty = no serial connection I'm tempted to pull the bunny after the first green light during recovery, just to see what happens after a replug, but afraid the recovery / flashing process may not be complete and don't want to risk completely bricking the device. Although, in it's current state .... Any suggestions welcome. Thanks in advance. Still kicking myself for silly mistake
  19. No problem. Again, let me know if you need any other specifics
  20. Yes they are the exact same. After rethinking your question I added theses. Antenna offset
  21. Ah yes the AR-150 is a bit under powered. But did I mention I can flash the latest PineAP firmware on it? But they have other options.. The AR300 this model has internal antenna. The external antenna model should receive a pci-e 5ghz add on soon according to their site. Pretty amazing bang for the buck. I know you already ordered just dropping the info for anyone else stopping by.
