  1. Well, I emailed hak5 support. Hopefully they can get down to the bottom of this and get everything working again. I'll post any updates on here. P.S, thank you guys for all the help you've offered.
  2. Its alright, I understand. Also, hmm. I don't know what could be the problem then because I'm following all the steps exactly as written. I mean, the only thing I can think of now is to send it back...but I don't know whether or not it's a hardware error. And I don't want to pay a restock fee. To me, I shouldn't be having any problems with it due to the fact the I didn't deviate from the guides at all. I'm at a loss as to what I should do now.
  3. So I've tired it, but it didn't work. I also tried it on another computer, but to no avail.
  4. Alright, I will certainly try it again on windows. I think I've got internet explorer unmodified but I'll DL google chrome as well and try it on there as well. I appreciate the help, and I'll report back as to whether or not it worked.
  5. It auto assigned to 192.168.1.2, but I went ahead and statically assigned it to that as well. On a side note, is there a certain amount of time I should hold the button before plugging it into my computer? Because the way I took the wiki was: "Hold the button in while you get ready to plug it into your computer, and once you plug it into your computer, hold the button for an additional three seconds"
  6. Alright, I called in a few favors and got my presentation postponed until Sunday, so now I have more time for us to (hopefully) get this all figured out. Also, for extra measures, I turned off my WiFi router and tried to access the turtles interface again. (still no luck)
  7. Nope, all devices that internet can go through are either disabled, or they're disconnected. (Other than the Lan Turtle)
  8. Nope. I checked to be sure though. Its got it auto assigned through DHCP. And plus, when I was trying to access the internal web page of the lan turtle, I was completely disconnected from the internet.
  9. Could you by chance outline the exact steps you took? I am having trouble with mine as well, however it seems as though it isn't working. I can't connect to it at all, even after adding a route. Unless I'm adding it incorrectly? Would it be possible for you to take pictures of the steps you took as well, so that I will be sure to get it correct?
  10. I have followed the wiki steps for factory resetting the Lan Turtle ( https://lanturtle.com/wiki/#!index.md ) In addition to this, I have followed this fellow who seems to have had the same problem. (And fixed it) However, I am having absolutely no luck reaching the internal webserver of the lan turtle. Once I type in 192.168.1.1 into my web browser, it hangs for approximately 2 seconds, and states that there is no internet. If someone could help me asap, it would be greatly appreciated, as I need it for a demonstration this week. (Tomorrow evening) Thank you for yo
  11. Could someone please help me out? I need to fix it by tomorrow evening, otherwise I'm going to loose my job. It is beyond me as to how I should go about fixing this.
