I was able to fix this by actually copying the text and pasting into notepad. Save As was causing issues with the file.

Hi I am trying to flash my duck with c_duck_v2.1.hex (twin duck) and am getting the following error message: Error parsing the line. Something went wrong with creating the memory image I am using the following command: dfu-programmer at32uc3b1256 flash /Users/jcamillo/Desktop/c_duck_v2.1.hex Before running the above command I erased the current flash.
