Recon only returning 1 result at a time

I see this problem on a brand new out of the box nano received today. Sometimes it never ever returns the results and once that has happened the dashboard wont populate and it becomes largely unresponsive not to mention rather warm. Updated to the latest firmware, recon and pinap straight from the box
