I actually figured it out. You need to download the encoder and modify the properties for your keyboard layout.

How can I use a keyboard combo with three keys such as "GUI+ALT+F" Everytime I try using combos with more than two keys I get errors.

I got this to work. You need to download atmel studio in windows and edit the source code for "Twin Duck". If you fix some of the errors, it will work.

I am trying to flash my rubber ducky with the twin duck firmware but every time it says its done flashing, i get flashing red and green lights. But the dfu programmer didn't give any errors.
