i will have to find a windows computer and do that.

im new and i am in the process of creating an air gap tablet/laptop. The issue its windows 10 meh, but cant get past the setup part as it has and wont touch a network. So is there a work around this so i can load the software i want? Again im new and learning, have some skills but this area is new.
