Thanks for your responses. I emailed support@hak5.org a few days ago and hadn't received a response so I wasn't sure if that email address was monitored. Apparently I need to learn some patience :)

My Wifi Pineapple isn't working out of the box. Specifically the reset button does not work, it's a common issue How can I contact support? They don't seem to have contact details anywhere.
