Nano get stuck while scanning wifi networks

My nano does the same thing. It is running the latest updates. It used to be more random, now pretty much everytime I use Recon it hangs. I tired flashing back to factory image and reupgrading but didn't seem to help.

cant find factory-1.2.0.bin image to do recovery

I flashed my MKV with the mk5_factory.bin file, the flash process showed it completed successfully. After resetting the DIP switches and power down / power up, my pineapple has a solid green LED and a flashing blue LED. I retried flashing it again but get the same result. Anything else I can try?
