ok, using some force I discovered that I can make on of the 2 work. I pressed with my thumb against the sd-card and with my index finger against the back of the pcb. I touched the processor and the 4 thingies below and the 6 thingies on the side. what does that mean?

Hi there! I have 3 duckies, but only one of them works like it should. when i insert the 2 defective (?) the led flashes green once (!) and then the led is turned off. when i insert the devices without the sd-card, the led is constantly red. what steps can i take to debug the devices? they are kinda expensive so it'd be great to make them work again ;)
