Don't think so no. Zigbee uses the 2.4Ghz band and 915 Mhz in America and Australia, while working on 868 MHz in Europe. While Yard Stick one does work at 800-900 Mhz range, you have another problem. Yard Stick one is not SDR, so you have a fixed set of modulation schemes. I believe that Zigbee uses Binary phase-shift keying (BPSK) on the 800-900 Mhz band. Yard Stick one "only" supports ASK, OOK, GFSK, 2-FSK, 4-FSK, MSK. It would be much cheaper and easier just buying a zigbee shield for arduino or similar. Would be much easier to program.
