I was having all the problems listed here regarding compilation. I used the instructions from: http://www.satsignal.eu/raspberry-pi/dump1090.html There's a shell code that I used. I first ignored some steps since I already knew by RTL tools worked but it still gave trouble. Following the instructions worked (in kali 2.0). I do not know if the app works though, only that it compiled :-)
