Try changing permissions on the directory that is mapped to sshfs (ex. chmod 777 /home/turtle). You could also try not starting HTTPS server (disable in Responder config). I have it partially working as I have received NTLMv1 hashes.

I am also having issues with internal DNS. Whenever I plug the turtle into a computer, only internal IP addresses work and not DNS. For example, I am able to ping IP's, but not hostnames and I can browse to say our internal mail server by IP, but not DNS. Is this something I have to set manually. We run DHCP.
