I think you have an issue with AWS because you can't login at root. I used a VPS from Digital Ocean and have no issues.

Me too. I just opened mine up, plugged it in, started the upgrade, the Turtle told me it was going to drop the connect and wait 5 minutes. I waited 30 minutes and can't get in. The network adapter part is working, just need to know how to re-flash it. A little help please,
