  1. I use both ATi and nVidia actually... I like nVidia cards because their TV-Out is so much easier to use without screwing around with special cables and adaptors however I find ATi's cards generally more powerful in the real world... They both produce some very good cards, nVidia gets my vote in the end because their drivers are always much nicer and require less screwing around but I still use ATi for the power... meh, it's nice to mix and match :) Oh, I might be a little biased since my first proper card was a nVidia GeForce 4 440MX 64MB... no, wait... the TNT2 32MB was my first proper graphics card :D
  2. Lmao! Cooper, I'd love to see that sketch, that would be so damn funny! Do it Darren, do it! P.S: England or Bust!
  3. Every page or collection of pages I have every written have been either hand coded or Dreamwoven ;) I've been meaning to look in to CMS but the ones I've seen so far have either been near-useless, too bloated or just not what I'm looking for... You know, I've even seen commercial ones that are pure crap so the free ones can't be that bad...

Ahh, the art of conversing with search engines... Remember - don't make sense. It's easier to get good results if you don't make sense.
  5. and you'll brb? going by teleportational time warp? Edit: LMAO @ VaKo
  6. It's unlikely that you will be able to use this LCD for anything except repairing another PocketPC of the same model. To interface it to anything else you would need very complex circuitry which would be very expensive to purchase if it even became available to buy. Nice thought though, people have been wanting to do things with spare LCDs for ages and unfortunately it's very hard/very difficult/very expensive to do anything with them. Welcome to the community by the way!
  7. Erm... I write with my left hand and operate scissors/pliers/screwdrivers/weapons/bottle openers/everything else with my right hand...
  8. I own an electric 6-string guitar which I can't play well but I just like to jam now and again (but it needs restringing atm), I own a keyboard and have played for some years though never very well... again though I love to improvise... I am also a modder (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MOD_%28file_format%29) - it's kinda like midi crossed with wave samples... It's easy in that you don't need to be able to write/read music but you can create some awesome stuff. It's also not like eJay or Magix Music Maker or whatever, since you can actually write your own tunes rather than just using preset loops... Some call it cheating, I call it so goddamn cool!

But you could easily fake your age... This is the reason that kids get to be part of adult communities and how adults get to be part of kids communities... it's not hard, unfortunately...
  19. Wouldn't all the games have to be written in pure machine code then?
  20. In order to avoid an unpleasant response, this post has been downgraded to 'no comment'.
  21. No probs! I will be installing some betas too, but I'm watching the required HDD closely ;) Yeah at some stage in the near future, you might all find me on Life In Hex (www.lifeinhex.com) talking about this :D
  22. I gotta say though even as a geek in school I almost joined the 'couldn't care less' crowd as a temporary alliance during lessons purely because I got so damn bored with not learning anything that I perceived to be worthwhile... Maybe I shouldn't have, but at the time I had to find some way to stay amused...
