Is it possible to use my android phone's 4G/LTE internet with the pineapple so that devices connecting to the pineapple will have internet?

Whenever I try injecting HTML into a webpage or anything else that modifies the page through MITM it doesn't work unless I explicitly press the refresh button in the browser. I believe the pages are being cached. Is there a way to get around this?

I was wondering, since the Tetra has larger antennae, how good is the range?
-
Well mathewq.
It seems like this is an awfully vague uhh problem here.
Now ya say some of them. How many is some?
Secondly do some stay connected?
Seems to me there could be a few reasons. First. Range is not infite, I'd say with stock ideally you want to be in a 100ft range clear of as many obstructions as possible. Probably so.
Aside from range advice. I dunno what to say.
I appreciate the reply. Trust me, the devices are barely even 8 feet away. and Yes, some will stay connected, while others will not.

Anyone? I'd like to know what's the reason behind this issue.

I can get a few devices to connect to the PineAP but some of them disconnect to PineAP shortly after. What could be the reason behind this? All the devices were in range. I'm running the latest Pineapple NANO firmware. Also, if it's worth mentioning, all devices are iPhones.

About a month or so ago, DIRTBox/DRTBox devices started appearing all over the news. they target cell phone service by pretending to be a cell phone tower to track people.
You can read more about it here:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dirtbox_(cell_phone)
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stingray_phone_tracker
What are your thoughts on this?

That's a thought. I can try on another computer and I'll post back on my problems. Is there a driver for the usb connection for Windows 7 I should be downloading?
Yes, from here http://www.asix.com.tw/download.php?sub=driverdetail&PItemID=97
Go to devices and Printers, right click device, click properties, go to the hardware tab, click properties, click change settings in the general tab, now navigate to the driver tab. click update driver, and locate the folder that you extracted with the files and install.

My question is probably rather silly but if it is your server on your network why wouldn't you just login to the database and get the login creditials from there?
My goal is to capture the traffic without tampering with the server but with the network instead.
-
You would probably need to forward the port from your router to the attacker machine and then from there to the server. You could probably even write your own proxy server in C or Python to capture all of the traffic.
I can definitely edit the port forward settings, but will that disrupt the server/service if my attacker machine goes offline?
-
I am wondering if this would be possible. Lets say that I have a server in my home and it is properly port forwarded and everything which means that the website can be accessed outside of the network. My question is, if I am inside the same network as the server, is it possible to MITM that server so that when someone outside of the network logs in with the website, I can capture the login data?

WIll you still be selling the mark v and if not can I change the interface on the tetra to the mark v interface? I like that one more.
I believe that they've stopped making the Mark V. If you want the old interface back, you could try replicating it by modifying the CSS to make it look like the old one but I don't know if that would work out. The coding with the new NANO is completely different.

Have you tried doing a factory reset? See https://forums.hak5.org/index.php?/topic/37210-just-bricked-my-nano-howto-unbrick/

So we all know that the mac addresses in probe requests for Apple devices are now randomized but is it possible to get a device to connect if you have their mac address? If so, how? Please let me know if this is possible or not

I'm considering purchased one when they are back in stock soon. Just wondering, exactly how long is their range with the antennae that come with it?
-
Pretty sure the whole crew is in Vegas at the moment.
Thank you for the reply. Does that explain why no one is accepting my calls? When do they come back?

*I apologize if this is in the wrong section, but I could use some help with this issue.
I ordered an item on hakshop and had accidentally gave the incorrect shipping address. This was on the 13th. I sent out an email to changeaddress@hak5.org and shop@hak5.org. I got a reply from shop@hak5.org saying that they were able to stop my order from being shipped just in time and that for some reason they weren't getting my emails to changeaddress@hak5.org. I was then asked for my new address. I gave the new shipping address and have still not received a reply via email. I've also tried to call this number (844) 438-4255 posted on the hakshop website but it automatically goes to voicemail (Yes I'm calling during the right times). Is there anything that can be done about this? I'd really like to get my order.

Does the new Pineapple NANO support modules such as sslstrip, karma, dnsspoof, etc. ?

Hello, I just have a few questions about using a reverse shell payload with the rubber ducky. Since I am not familiar with powershell, I will be using the reverse shell code from ducktoolkit.com.
My questions:
1. If the user restarts their computer, will the reverse shell still work? If not how can I make it still work after a reboot?
2.Is it detected by any antiviruses ?
Using a valid cert for SSLSplit
in WiFi Pineapple NANO
Posted · Edited by M47H3W
When using SSLSplit, we know that the browsers give an unsecure connection error because the certificates are not valid, but I have read that if one were to buy a valid certifricate and use that, they can avoid the browser warning. If I were to buy a SSL certificate, how would I about doing this with the WiFi Pineapple SSLSplit module?
