Habve a simmilar problem (but exist since I got the MKV) but even afrter a few days plugged off nothing worked... Just Green / Blue LED on normal Boot mode... No Ethnernet / no WIFI...

Hi all, could use a bit of help… I Think the ethernet port is broke, I can´t get a connection to the Web UI or at all… My notebook / switch does not recognize any active network device… On normal state (all switches on) the green and blue LED is on. In Web UI & Recovery Mode (11110 / 10011) the orange LED is on, too. Is there anything I made wrong oor ist he Hardware broke? Thank You & Best wishes

Thank you for the link, already saw this :) I´m afraid but it does not fix my problem. The 3 LEDs are active equal of the switches / SD / Ethernet connection... What can I do ?

Hello everyone, just today i got my first Pineapple MKV :) But I´m afraid ist broken or I jsut make anything wrong… After I pluged it in (power / ethernet) I waited some time (10min or so) but nothing happend. There isn‘t a new WIFI and via Ethernet I can´t get a connection (no IP error – the Network connection isn't „existent“ (no ping / WEB UI possible) I already tried to reset the MKV with the switches & searched this forum but without a solution… The whole time 3 status lEDs are on (blue / orange / green), equal what I do this never changes. I hope you can help me. Thanks & Best wishes
