Sorry but that way it didn't work at all. I won't even see them in Infusions tab. And I had made them with the sym link command previously.

I tried Sierra Juliet's way and my nav bar and overall PA is going nuts I uploaded some pics to clarify what is going on. The network Manager might work but the pin to navbar just sents me to the subfolders and I have to open the .php myself.

The biggest problem I have is that I don't know how to upload the infusions. I mean, do I upload them as .tar.gz in /usb/infusions or like folders ? Also inside the folders, there are more subfolders and files. Do I upload them like /usb/infusions/"Infusion name"/module.conf + "infusion name" folder/a bunch of files and folders ?

Sorry to ask an already answered question. How do you install infusions manually. There are so many replies on this post alone that I honestly can't test them all or if all are correct. I'm asking because I don't see the Hack5 admins, solving the "https" problem on the markIV any time soon or at all, which makes me really skeptical about buying any new WIFI PA again.

Is it going to get fixed soon ? I really want to test my Alfa Pineapple because I can't really afford a MK V or Tetra versions ...

Does that mean that the support for the MK IV is completely dropped or is there a problem with the servers ? Also if I have internet why the "reveal public ip" or "opkg update" won't work ?

So I have an Alfa-AP121U pineapple MK IV with 3.0.0 FW and for the past week I'm trying to install some infusions and for the love of me I can't get it to connect to internet. I tried with FW 2.8.1 with: 1) Stock settings, Windows 7 ICS from WiFi share to ethernet in my PA MK IV PoE/LAN port -> I can ping and tracert "www.google.com", "wifi.pineapple.com" from the PA GUI and PUttY interface, but in the infusions bar I get "Error Connecting" 2)Stock settings, Windows 7 ICS from WiFi share to ethernet in my PA MK IV PoE/LAN port and the WAN/LAN port connected directly to my router-> I can ping and tracert "www.google.com", "wifi.pineapple.com" from the PA GUI and PUttY interface, but in the infusions bar I get "Error Connecting" 3)Stock settings, Linux ICS from WiFi share to ethernet in my PA MK IV PoE/LAN port -> I can ping and tracert "www.google.com", "wifi.pineapple.com" from the PA GUI and PUttY interface, but in the infusions bar I get "Error Connecting" 4)Stock settings, Linux 7 ICS from WiFi share to ethernet in my PA MK IV PoE/LAN port and the WAN/LAN port connected directly to my router-> I can ping and tracert "www.google.com", "wifi.pineapple.com" from the PA GUI and PUttY interface, but in the infusions bar I get "Error Connecting" I also tried all the above with a USB 32GB connected directly to the USB Port and formatted like the forum instructions say and all the above with FW 3.0.0 and USB and I still can't get the damn thing to get the infusions list or perform an "opkg update" command. I tried countless post in this forum but I still can't get it to work. Every device connected to my PA WiFi can access the internet normally but the damn PA is still gives me "Error Connecting" in infusions bar and "reveal public ip"

I would like to know how can some one change the Mark IV network configuration in order to connect to internet and download the infusions that I want or if there is a way to do it through the usb or with WinSCP ? Pineapple Mark IV on ALFA AP121U (8MB version) FW v. 2.8.1 Also can I use the FW v. 3.0.0 ?
