I tried today at the office, nothing happens, no connection or wifi or cable ... the four LEDs remain lit permanently fixed ... I think the equipment is defective Thank you for your help Nadine

I just recieve my pineapple today, My sd card empty, i copy/paste the last upgrade, create a md5 file with upper case I teste 20 configuration, change cable, power supply, sd card, format fat, ext3, 4 Nothing to do, always red, blue, green led statics !!!! i try reset, upgrade .... Nothing ! Please Help Nadine
