Hi, Newbie here. Just received my Pineapple in the mail from the shop. Followed all directions to a T, but unable to connect to http://172.16.42.1:1471/ The blue light remains on. (no red, no flashing pattern). Anyone know where I should turn for next steps? Thanks!
