Guys, thanks so much for the help. I'll post updates here and ask for help if needed!

Damn... I JUST got my Wifi Pineapple, and when I tried to plug in the SD card... It just fell into the box. Now when I shake the pineapple I can hear it rattling around in there. After further inspecting the case with a flashlight, I can see that the female microsd port was partially misplaced, leaving a gap that my d's card fell through. So, what am I supposed to do? All I have now is a useless, rattling pineapple with no firmware SD to plug into it. Please help me.
