Received my Pineapple almost a month ago and the external battery that I ordered was DOA. I've been emailing help and got one bite requesting my order number, but after I provided it; Nothing. Follow up emils requesting instructions or guidance. Nothing. What's up with that? All I want it what I paid for to work, that's not too much to ask right? Anyone else have any external battery issues?
