Hi, I recently ordered a pineapple WIFI (25th of Mar). I paid with paypal w/expidited shipping. I had orderd one many years ago, but needed new equipment. My problem is that I do not see any status of my order except for a completed status in Paypal. I tried to enter information through the HAK 5 store/order status site, but Paypal gives me a number that obviously does not translate or cross reference over to a HAK 5 order number. Since the number was not accepted, I could not email the customer support team using that link. Therefore, I was forced to call Paypal, who said they are trying to contact the vendor (HAK5). I simply need to know what my shipping status is, I did pay for (2 day shipping). I understand that things don't always go as planned. I certainly did not want to use this forum to solicit for help, but honestly, I have no other choice. I like HAK5 and the whole community, and like I said, have have ordered from them before. So if anyone from customer service is reading this; please help! Even if the Pineapple V Ultra unit has not shipped, I would appreciate knowing the shipping status. Thanks!
