  1. First, I would like to personally thank Sara, who did straighten this all out for me. Due to here persistence, I did recieve my Wifi V yesterday. Again, thanks Sara.
  2. Dir Sir/Mam HAK5, 3 days ago(29 March, 2014), you stated that you would get back to me ASAP concerning an order that I made that should have been here. Could you please, let me know the status of my order? You told me to look it up on your site. However, the order number given to me by Paypal does not work in your system as it is just an invoice number. I have also tried call the phone number listed on your several times, but only recieve a voice mail. Please understand my position in this transaction: 1. I paid for an item. 2. I paid for expidited shipping 3. I have bought items from you before, 4. You said you would contact me ASAP, that was 3 days ago 5. No one, to this date, has sent a status concerning my order. 6. Again, I fully understand an item being shipped late may be out of your control 7. Please Help Me!
  3. Hi, I recently ordered a pineapple WIFI (25th of Mar). I paid with paypal w/expidited shipping. I had orderd one many years ago, but needed new equipment. My problem is that I do not see any status of my order except for a completed status in Paypal. I tried to enter information through the HAK 5 store/order status site, but Paypal gives me a number that obviously does not translate or cross reference over to a HAK 5 order number. Since the number was not accepted, I could not email the customer support team using that link. Therefore, I was forced to call Paypal, who said they are trying to contact the vendor (HAK5). I simply need to know what my shipping status is, I did pay for (2 day shipping). I understand that things don't always go as planned. I certainly did not want to use this forum to solicit for help, but honestly, I have no other choice. I like HAK5 and the whole community, and like I said, have have ordered from them before. So if anyone from customer service is reading this; please help! Even if the Pineapple V Ultra unit has not shipped, I would appreciate knowing the shipping status. Thanks!
