[ OK ] Writing Binary File ..... [ FAILED ] Anyone know a fix for that last part? I'd really appreciate it :)

Hi, I recently purchased a USB rubber duck and was really excited to get it. However I dont exactly know what Im doing and I looked at guides and everything but I must have done something wrong bc I made a new inject.bin and whenever I plug in the duck it just pulls up the ctrl+alt+del menu and glitches or types j and right clicks an icon. Its very strange. Something that would also be helpful is if you guys can tell me what is supposed to be in the SD card bc I figured it may be something I I removed everything and put it in a folder and it still does this D: Idk if I broke it or what I'm doing wrong but I just dont understand the concept. (Yes I am new to this stuff) So if someone could explain those things to me I'd really appreciate it. Thanks :)
