I forgot , i,m wth w8,when i look at my network s it says that iam connected ,my browaer says no connection ,no net access ,

Hi ,i am having problems connecting to my Pineapple.I do not undestand what is happening,i got my gizmo less than a week ago for the firdt days i could hook up to the Pineapple now nothing , shouldd i make a factory reset in case i did something wrong when i first got it ,should i remove the sd card to do so ,i realize now that is major league and i am a peewee ùt this game , in fact i am not even in the ball park, Help somebody ,please
