  1. This is ridiculous. I've been told you guys know how to fix the issue, and I've been waiting for weeks to for you to communicate the procedure to me. I will be asking for a refund. Worst customer service ever.
  2. I don't think we have the same issue. I have no blinking lights. Just a solid green and blue light.
  3. How should I proceed? Should I just request a new unit?
  4. I'm really excited about using this product, but as far as concerned it's still DOA. If the fix is just a matter of following a few steps, will you please PM the steps to me? Thanks.
  5. Is this the wrong place to ask for support? Where should I be asking?
  6. I have tried FAT and FAT32. The SD card that Hak 5 provides is FAT, not FAT32. When using FAT on my personal SD card, I created a 500mb partition. Nothing works. I'm waiting on sebkinne to reply with some instructions.
  7. Thanks so much! Really looking forward to playing with this thing.
  8. Note that even when I boot the device with no SD card, the blue light is solid.
  9. When that didn't work, I did a factory reset using stager.bin, and then tried installing the upgrade again. Same result.
  10. I downloaded upgrade.zip. I extracted both upgrade.bin and md5 to the SD card. I then did a md5sum on upgrade.bin and verified it matched the hash in the md5 file. I then put the SD card in the pineapple, verified all the dip switches are in the up position, and plugged the pineapple in.
  11. No ssid is being broadcasted. I bought a new MicroSD card, put the latest upgrade.bin on it, and powered on the pineapple with the new SD card. All of the switches are in the up position. The results are the same: a solid blue light for hours. Any suggestions on how to proceed?
  12. I inserted the SD card into the WiFi pineapple, and then plugged it in. The green and blue light have both been lit for about 50 minutes. Seeing how the instructions say the upgrade should take about 5 minutes, I'm assuming something has gone wrong. Has anyone seen this before? How should I proceed?
  13. Actually, it turns out it's just a problem with the AC adapter. Tried a spare, and it's working now.
  14. Got one of these for Christmas, and just now got around to plugging it in. I stuck the SD card in, and plugged in the power. Nothing happens. No lights are on. Am I missing something obvious, or is this thing DOA? Thanks.
