I've had my MkV for a few years now and have never had any problems upgrading etc. Not used it for a few months with a job change and wanted to check it out today, but no matter what configuration of dip switches I have set the device is completely unresponsive with solid green and red LEDs (blue and yellow flash on connecting power).
I've tried to do the resetting system defaults and recovery web interface, and both times it's the same - green and red solid, no connectivity.
Any help on this would be much appreciated.
