  1. I figured it out. When I initially setup the user turtle as a vpn clent, I never selected autologin. I then downlowded the ovpn file. Shortly after I checked the autoligin box and didn't realize the format of the ovpn file changed. I downloaded a fresh copy of the ovpn file and uploaded it. All works now. I suppose that the turtle was connecting to a login prompt rather than auto login. It never made the full connection but reported back that it connected. Just thought I'd share so that it may help someone else.

  2. Sorry for being a pain. I can't seem to find the answer.

After starting the openvpn module I seem to lose SSH through the VPS to the Lan Turtle. I get the connection refused error. As soon as I turn off open vpn (SSH through USB), I can SSH again through the VPS to the Lan Turtle.

I'm trying to get openvpn working correctly and that may be causing my issue since I cant seem to get openvpn right either :(

Also, can someone point me to instructions on converting .ovpn to .conf?

  3. Found the fix for /etc/turtle/modules/nmap-scan : a default putty window is 80x24 which requires the dialog --dselect option to use a height of 14 or less (not 18). The dialog program errors off if it can't create the window (tried -1 but it doesn't work). Height and width are at the end of line 162 (and you can delete the second --title too).

Neither the nmap-scan profile nor the log file UI screens will show you your previously selected and saved values: dialog --dselect doesn't take a default value, and dialog --radiolist needs a bunch more fancy shell script work.

    That's it!!
  4. I'm going on vacation soon. I won't be near any free wifi for a while. Is there a way that I can save all of the infusions to my hard drive and manually load them if I wanted to mess around with people my kids? I suppose I could move all infusions to an sd card, choose my infusions that I want to use and save them to internal memory, replace with a blank card, use, and repeat as needed. Is there a different way?

  5. @m40295

Of you follow the link you will see they are talkin about radio1/wlan1 and high throughput/ connection speed.

Here we are asking why WLAN0 reach only 18dBm, after initially 24dBm. And its also advertised on the website and from Darren. And in the episode metioned before, Darren approve the 24dBi and its written black on white that the adapter can reach that. So im reading something wrong, or your link has nothing to do with that.

Are you asking why it is still advertised and for sale as being unlocked and able to go up to 24dBm when we know that it can't?
