Thanks Fox Trot, I was not aware of the alternative to making an ipkg, I'll look that up. To answer your question, I wouldn't necessarily want to compile anything on the pineapple. I was trying to install python parimiko with the python pip installer and it attempts to compile some crypto libraries, thus my search began.

Hello all, Can someone point me to a possible C compiler for the pineapple? Opkg didn't have gcc/cc and there isn't an instance already installed. I tried searching for a solution, but seemed to only find dated posts. Any help would be greatly appreciated! thanks awh
