Ok, so I've figured out that it was actually an under powered power supply that was causing the issue. Once I switched, all was well.

I'm experiencing the same thing. I have flashed this several time before without issue. Then I didn't really mess with it for about 6 months and decided to start fresh. I can restore just fine using the "brick" method (1,1,1,1,0) but after restarting the pineapple, I get nothing. Checked the SD card and it is blank as well.

I believe you should be setting the host ip address to 192.168.1.2 rather than the pineapple.
