No, it's still not fixed. I tried with the new files on the SD card, but the blue and green LEDs blink and nothing happens... I asked for the technical support to help me, but they didn't contact me.

I checked the SD Card, it wasn't formatted. It's now formatted with FAT, I copied the latest firmware on it. I tried the First Boot procedure one more time, but nothing happens: blue and green lights are still blinking
