ahh i figured it out! i was using un-compatible versions of java and the encoder. as well as the - now how come when i try to run a basic payload it just types random characters? sorry for the questions.... I appreciate the help midnitesnake

So im new, and got everything ready. i have been messing with this for a while now with no luck. any help would be greatly appreciated. i tried to run: java --jar encoder.jar --i source.txt and revive: Unrecognized option: --jar Could not create the Java virtual machine. i included a cropped screenshot
