  1. Sounds like your nics are bound to two different networks? Are u using vlans? If you are using different vlans you have a couple different options. Either get another pci dual port nic and team one nic from each card to the other and assign each team the ips you are currently using. Next option would be to get your network team to trunk both vlans to the two ports and team the nics with vlan tagging. You will be able to tag traffic to different virtual nics and assign the ips to each. If the ips are on the same network you can do like the other guy said and just team the nics and add both ips to the nic.
